And I've made it thus far. Today I didn't stop during the reps but I must admit some days are harder than others. Although I always feel out of breath at the end of my reps the most painful aspect of the burpees is the tightness in my thighs from relentlessly squatting and jumping. I'm guessing it's
lactic acid build up.
I'm also glad to report that
conskeptical is still on the path of the burpee...
